No. At Naturally Clean we've developed our own full line of organic cleaning products and use special cleaning equipment. We use microfiber E-mops and colour-coded E-cloths helping to prevent cross-contamination. Every time the cleaner comes to your home, they use a clean set of cloths.
We ask you to spend a few minutes tidying where necessary. The more organised is your place is, the better our cleaners can work
Yes, they clean even better. You will have a clean place smelling of the fragrance of your choice and with the peace of mind that it is free of chemicals, couldn't be better!
Your home will always be cleaned by a team of two.
We believe this is much more efficient and also we reduce the carbon footprint by sharing the transport. Once you request our service, we will need a copy of your keys. The keys will be handed back every day after work from the cleaners to the managers and kept safe in our office.
Yes, for your peace of mind, our uniformed staff are fully covered by our employers and public liability insurance.
Our staff is only accepted after a strict interviewing process, 2 references and a police check before being permitted to work in your home. We will try our best to provide you with the same dedicated team each week.
Please try to give us at least 24 hours notice before your home is due to be cleaned, allowing us time to reschedule.
